What happens
The demo is by appointment in De Pere, WI. Plan on about 45 to 90 minutes. Wear shoes you can swing in. We’ll run the visit — bring the clubs you play.
- By appointment only. Park in the driveway or on the street.
- Bring the clubs you actually play.
What you get out of it
A look at the enclosure, screen, turf, and launch monitor you’ll actually be choosing from. Honest talk about features, costs, room dimensions, winter, and whether a shed is worth it. Then a next step if you want one.

Full line
What we sell.
The garage demo is one bay. We sell and install more than what’s hanging there.
Launch monitors
ProTee, Uneekor, Trackman, and Foresight — we sell and install any of these. The garage demo is a ProTee VX with swing cameras; we’ll walk through how the tech and costs differ before you buy.
Screens
Impact screens sized for the bay you’re building.
Enclosures
Carl’s Place bays and frames that contain the shot — including the Pro Enclosure 10x13 in the demo. Acoustic panels available on custom enclosure installs.
Mats
Fiberbuilt and Carl’s Place hitting surfaces — fairway stance, not a yoga mat.
Projectors
Short-throw options including the Optoma ZK521ST-B 4K laser in the garage demo, plus BenQ and other Optoma models we install.
Turf
Flooring and putting surfaces that finish the room.
PC
A quiet, reliable gaming PC sized for the simulator and the projector — so the bay boots clean and stays that way.
Golf simulator software
GSPro today, PurePlay when released, and other platforms that match the launch monitor — we set up and hand off play-ready.
Why schedule
Why book a demo.
Honest price bands
Typically about $15–30k+ for equipment plus standard install in a finished room. Construction, electrical, HVAC, and sheds are extra.
Hit real balls
A working setup — not a brochure. Bring the clubs you play.
Understand the tech and costs
Hit the ProTee VX in the garage, then we’ll walk through how ProTee, Uneekor, Trackman, and Foresight differ — radar vs camera, what you feel, and what you pay — so you pick the right one.
By appointment in De Pere
Not a retail storefront and not a walk-in bay. When a dedicated showroom opens, we’ll say so.
Typical — we’ll measure at the visit
Will my room take a swing?
This is a cheatsheet, not a calculator. Numbers below are typical starting points. We’ll measure ceiling, width, and depth at the visit — bring a rough tape of your space if you have one.
- Ceiling
- About 9–10 ft
- A comfortable full-swing starting point for a lot of golfers. Lower ceilings can still work; we check your actual swing at the visit.
- Width
- About 12–16+ ft
- Room for the enclosure plus a little walk-around. Tighter rooms happen; we measure.
- Depth
- About 17–20+ ft
- Hitting area, a bit of ball flight, and the screen. Garage depth is usually the limiter.
